Sax, the dog, used to make noir films. He was in fact for several years a stunt double for Vincent Price in the heyday of horror films. Sometimes when Mr Price was ill, Sax would take over his role in scenes where not much of Price's character could be seen. It was thought for a while that Sax may even supersede Mr Price as a major actor. However, Sax's hardcore cocaine addiction and his unfortunate tendency to roll in duck poop had forever vanquished his career on the big stage.
